Pay Structure
As per the approved bylaws, the President of COMERI is responsible for hiring and providing pay structure. In order to maintain full oversight, the Board of Directors were called upon to approve a preliminary technical pay structure.

On January 31, 2019, the Board approved preliminary pay guidelines for COMERI technical staff. The approval of a technical pay structure was also obtained in writing in addition to the corporate minutes. The official documents are stored under the corporate filings. Note that these approved numbers are consistent with the submitted 1023 IRS 501(c)(3) form.

On January 31, 2025 an updated pay structure was provided, based on nominal inflation costs and new specifics on how COMERI overhead, staff benefits, and taxes are managed.
