Board of Directors
The Computational Marine Ethology Research Institute is proud to announce the following set of talented individuals associated with the Institute Board of Directors:
Michael Emory, Ph.D.
Cascade Technologies
Greg Wagner, Ph.D.
Northwestern University
Michael Emory, Ph.D., Sr. Research Scientist, Cascade Technologies. Dr. Emory's research focuses on promoting the use of and developing high-fidelity computational simulation software for multi-scale physics, including mesh generation and high-speed turbulent flows. Before joining Cascade, Dr. Emory was a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University's Center for Turbulence Research, where he investigated methods for quantifying the simulation uncertainty of turbulent flows.
Gregory Wagner, Ph.D., Professor of the McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University. Dr. Wagner’s research interests center on the application of computational simulations methods for multi-scale and multi-physics problems in engineering. Before joining NU, Professor Wagner was a Principal Member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Labs.
Stefan Domino, Ph.D.
COMERI
Stefan Domino, Ph.D. Dr. Domino’s research interest is within low-Mach turbulent fluid mechanics methods development on next generation platforms along with analysis of complex systems that require coupling of mass, momentum, species and energy transport. Dr. Domino is the founder of the Institute and is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford's School of Engineering through the Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering, ICME.
